Individual member organisations of the Council will wish to contribute their own response, but having spoken with the Chief Medical Adviser at DWP, Dr Gail Allsopp recently, a consensus response from the Council for Work and Health will be much valued.

The Council will collate contributions from Members who submit a consensus response.  It is important that the Council, as an umbrella organisation, has a presence in the consultation.

The consultation closes at midnight on 30th June, so that a DRAFT response can be considered by Board and then Council in May as agenda items at these meetings, and then be sent to Government following the Council meeting on 29th May.
